Hi, I'm Andrew out of Austin, Texas. I run an agency here. I run a pretty small operation on Seoul Pernor with some subcontractors as well, so mostly a one-man show. I've been using GHL and got connected with GHL plugins a while ago using their tools and decided to try out their, or with their VA's. And to be honest, I tried hiring a VA a few years back and had a terrible experience, wasting my time, my money, honestly jumping back into work with a VA. I was a little gun shy, but you know, I was optimistic hoping that GHL plugins doing the trainings and things of those nature would help jumpstart the relationship, especially with the VA's that they provide, and man, what a blessing it has been. They connected me with one of their names, Philip Forka. And I could not be more pleased with the experience, especially from my first go around with the VA's a couple years ago. Philip has been nothing but stupendous. He isn't just doing simple repetitive tasks or just simple onboarding. I have Philip working with me doing full-stack automations, workflows, funnel builds, e-commerce sites, CRM setups, client sub-account setups, AI agent configurations, whether that's on voice or chat, all of it. And more than that, he's even helped me with my agency does a lot of custom builds rather than the same repetitive builds that are very niche down where more of a software experts rather than industry experts. And he has excelled exceptionally, which I have been very pleased with. I think that's what's really set him apart is that the work that I do give him, he problem solves. He doesn't hit a roadblock and wait for me to get back to it. He tries to problem solve. He talks with other members of the GHL plugins team, does online research, looks at the resources that I send over. If I think that there's something he can look at, he's even attended some of the programs that I have paid for for us to learn more about different tools and AI and things of that nature in this current golden era of AI. And he just digs in and he finds work around and he doesn't stop till we figure it out together. And I can really sit and brainstorm with him on tasks and he'll drive them until they're complete, making sure that my crazy mind doesn't forget what we are driving towards. He's been a huge impact on the business, allowing me to push through any of the backlog and deliverables so that I am no longer the bottleneck as a solo per-nor and I can focus on growth while I know that I can rely on Philip to handle the work that's getting done right. And for that, I truly am thankful to the entire GHL plugins team for helping connect me with such a gem of a person and a hard work ethic that Philip Forka has provided to me and my team. I would recommend them with out hesitation to anyone else looking for someone to help, especially in the CRM space with GHL level.

I have been a user of the GHL plug-in VA service for maybe over a year now, a little over a year, and I have been very pleased with the process. Working with Ivan has been very easy. He's taken full accountability for the role and has been instrumental in helping us develop our Go High-Level Agency and offering extended services to our clients. So he's been a huge part of our business. And I'm very sad to have to part ways. We're just going a different direction overall. Hey, I want to make this video for Lorena to let you know how great you have been to our team in the short amount of time that we have been working with you. So before you came on, building a sales company agency is very difficult. There's a lot of done for you elements and I invested in a lot of tools to try to help us, you know, get different projects done and I always thought that everything was so simple. After deciding that Go High Levels are right platform for us to integrate multiple systems into fewer systems for a photo booth business, we thought it was a good idea to engage a third party that was an expert in Go High Level to really get the most out of it and deliver a platform that best suits our needs.
